The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient with Natalie as a great greeter. The room was clean, recently updated with no carpet, had a kitchenette and refrigerator, air conditioner and heater that worked, a nice shower with good water pressure, Roku TV setup for Hulu, luxurious towels, and a jet stream tub. The location was downtown close to the Fremont strip and art district with plenty of parking nearby.
