We were disappointed to find that the room smelled like cigarettes, and although we had booked through ... for a king-size room three months in advance, we were given two queen beds instead. Rather than the larger bed we reserved, we ended up with two smaller beds, which was not what we expected and should have been guaranteed or else refunded.
