Valet Parking and Bell Desk services are currently not offered in the hotel.
Access to the balcony has been restricted until further notice in response to COVID-19 and for security reasons.
Other things to note:
- Booking guest/s must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
Your valid photo ID is required upon CHECK-IN.
The full name on your ID must be the same name as what we have on the booking details.
Please ensure your booking account profile reflects this information accurately.
- You will need provide a the security deposit required by the hotel.
Guests will be asked to place a valid credit card on hold with the front desk for the $100/night incidental deposit.
It will be refunded subject to NO damages incurred during check-out.
- This is a privately owned condominium.
Daily housekeeping is not an included service.
Additional towels or linens will be charged separately direct to the hotel.

- Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.
We understand that the travel itineraries may not always match up with check-in and check-out times.
- Guests will be subject to a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out.
