Located near the convention center and monorail station, the hotel offered convenient access to business venues and public transit. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness, accommodating early luggage drop-off and promptly replacing a malfunctioning room key. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for resting. The swimming pool area was very clean with a pleasant sitting space nearby.
